Go see ur family doc: If you've been suffering from testicle pain for 10yrs, it's time to go see your family doc who can start initial evaluation & refer as appropriate. There are many causes so it won't do any good to speculate. Luckily, it's also unlikely to be dangerous if you haven't noted anything else during this period of time.
