My left testicle sometimes goes 3 times the size of my right testicle, and takes up lots of my scrotum. the vein above it also feels bigger than the right. if i sit on my back though they eventually shrink again, and aren't as uncomfy. what is this?

Testicles do fluctuate in size and increase in size with sexual activity due to increased blood flow into them. I'm not sure why there's such a difference between your two testicles. Do you have testicular pain? I recommend having an examination by a urologist who will advise you and check for any pathology.
