My left testicle which hangs slightly lower the right, looks like moved behind the right one, i think they used to be side by side. so, is it normal? but they are side by side when both testicles tightens during cold times?

Many times the left testicle is lower than the right normally. If there are no other symptoms the there is nothing wrong. Suggest you wear a good support under wear.
