Mgt: Sometimes this does occur with CPAP. i would advise checking with your home company to see if less pressure can be used, and whether the mask fit is too tight. A follow up appt is indicated to rule out any other causes.

Adjustment: Discuss CPAP adjustment with sleep doc. Other options are dental devices to reposition jaw forward or sleep apnea surgery.
