Hello. am 28 years old and i had chocolate cyst that have been removed by a surgery last july. however a month later after it, i developed cysts again?

Not usual: Ovarian cysts form every month in healthy young women. Normal ovaries may be filled with small cysts (known as functional cysts). Once in a while, a cyst will become large and may cause pain due to pressure on surrounding tissues. Many ovarian cysts resolve on their own in 3-4 weeks, but an enlarged cyst can rupture causing significant pain. Hopefully you will not need surgery again.
