Manage it: At age 27, acne is a major personal and professional liability. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician who can add some medicine that will clear you. The "little hair" is the comedone, a keratin-rich structure on which the acne bacteria for a biofilm. The disease must be managed until it remits on its own. Best wishes.

Not unusual: The bacterial infection part of your acne may often involve the follicles of the skin including hair follicles. You might need to apply Neosporin ointment or get a prescription for Bactroban Nasal to help with this. For the face I find Cleocin T Solution works great.
