Several things: Unfortunately with skin conditions, it is always best for us to see and feel the lesions to help make a proper diagnosis. Best to see your doctor for an appropriate evaluation. Could try posting picture of the spots, that may give a little more info to us. But really, best is to see your doctor. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr R
