HPV (genital warts): Condoms are the best protection from sexually transmitted infections (STI). Bumps on your boyfriend's scrotum look "wart like" could be due to Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). His scrotum comes in close contact with your genital and anal areas during sexual intercourse and HPV could be transmitted in this way. It would be wise for you to ask your boyfriend to have these places checked to be sure.
