Not very high: if you do not have any symptoms and warts are not located near urethral opening. Ask a urology specialist to examine you, just to be sure.

You don't: They would create an obstruction with an obvious change in your urinary stream. Your physician can burn the warts off your scrotum. Good for you for using condoms.
