Vancomycin for c dif: Metronidazole is usually effective, but don't worry. If you have another relapse after your 2nd course of metronidazole, your doctor will probably treat you with oral Vancomycin which is usually the next step. Your doctor may also want to consider probiotics as well. Get well soon!
