I have a lump on the left side of my back that sometimes has a really bad burning sensation and tends to go numb in that particular area. ??

What is it?: The lump may be muscular or may be something more serious. If it is a lump may need to be biopsied. It could overlie a nerve causing pressure in that area . This could cause it to go numb. See a doc and have it checked out.
