I have pains in my pelvis close to my genital area on the left side. the pains are either, a burning sensation, numbness, or just a sharp, deep pain.

Get to a Urologist: Those problems could represent impingement of a nerve or richly-innervated structure in the groin. A urologist would be a good start to rule out bad things.
