How easy or difficult is it to diagnose endometriosis?

Easy: to diagnose with surgery (laparoscopy) if the surgeon is trained to recognize endometriosis. It is sometimes very tricky to suspect based on symptoms, history, and other tests alone and the diagnosis can ONLY be made with surgery. Good wishes.
