gone from 100mg of zoloft (sertraline) to 20mg of prozac but feeling a little panicky. any advice please.

Zoloft (sertraline) to Prozac: Talk to your doctor about cross titrating instead of switching, to lessen washout from coming off the Zoloft (sertraline).

Both are SSRIs but cross tapering often continues with the previous drug for a few weeks while introducing the next drug then, slowly decrease the dose of the first to make a seamless transition. Work closely with your doctor so that if there are any side-effects , it can be corrected.
