Ligthheaded: Were you checked for h pylori a bacteria that can cause reflux? Would check for reflux consider a trial of ranitidine/prevecid for a month and see if improves situation , then would consider gallbladder get and ultrasound. Would consider EKG/echocardiogram to make sure no underlying issues with heart as when we eat the blood is shunted to GI .other things check lyme titer, carotids. f/u w/doc
