Yes: As a Western trained doctor I cannot comment on whether honey will cure your child's heatiness. We unfortunately do not learn about heating and cooling foods in medical school. I can tell you that honey should be avoided in infants younger than one year of age because of the association of honey with infant botulism. If your daughter is 18 months there should be no issues.
