IBS-d diet: There is no particular diet for IBS-d. Each patient usually has certain foods that trigger their symptoms more than others. Doing a food diary to help determine what your particular trigger foods are can be helpful. It is important to continue to eat fiber, although soluble fiber may be better in this instance. A good amount of fluid intake is also important. Good luck.
