Fluid: Sounds like you have fluid behind the eardrum or something else going on. Hard to say without examining it but you can try some decongestant nose spray.

Right ear has been popping with certain movements. Especially when I stretch my neck or move my head. It does feel slightly full and hurts a little. Eustachian tube dysfunction?
