Clonazepam: Clonazepam is classified as a long-acting benzodiazepine that will have similar effects as the Ativan (lorazepam) you are taking. It has a half-life of 20-50 hours, or the time it takes to lose half its blood concentration. You can take this once every 8 to 12 hours.
