Anything: is possible. mostly probably not significant. if it constant and severe or change of bm or stool shape get EGD and Colonoscopy.

I had a anxiety attack a couple days ago. I've been very stressed lately. Now, my lower stomach feels a bit hard, my back hurts and I have gas. My symptoms are caused by my emotions? Or do I have something else?
Feels like there is something swollen in my lower stomach. Cyst? Bad gas, bowels not normal, Flagyl didn't help.
