See a dermatologist: "Ringworm" is not an actual medical diagnosis but usually means fungus. It does not just happen. It comes from an animal or another person. How you do your laundry is not important. Oral terbinafine is often the best treatment. In your case you probably have something other than fungus. See a dermatologist.
