Many: Assuming your physician has allowed exercises to begin for your fracture, there are many exercises to work on range of motion and strengthening. Sometimes aqua therapy is recommended for motion and to help decrease swelling and weight on the limb during healing. Your physician should give you specific exercises to perform or refer you to a physical therapist for treatment.
