Talk to your doc: Sorry but your question isn't clear. Nor sure what you mean by "4 month TT. 125 Levothyroxine" or "Last free T4025". Presumably your T4 was 0.25 but we need normal reference range to interpret (typically 0.8-1.8). If your Levothyroxine dose is 125mcg, then perhaps you need more Levothyroxine. We usually like to check TSH to assess Levothyroxine dosing. Anemia & depression can also suppress energy.
