Currently on levothyroxine and my numbers are 1.600 and take 175 mcg. i weigh 318 lbs and feel cold and tired all the time and no energy?

Thyroid and symptoms: What number is 1.6? Is this the TSH? That is normal. 175 mcg is a good dose. Although you feel cold and tired, these symptoms are likely not due to hypothyroidism. Talk to your doctor about what else may be causing your symptoms.
