I have very wavey vision in the sun along with floaters. i was told my optic nerves are swollen as well. what could it be?

Advice: Am concerned about your description, and strongly urge visit to ophthalmologist ASAP. "Swollen optic nerves" are quite pathological and might represent inflammation or increased pressure within your brain. This needs to be fully evaluated, and a neurologist involved if appropriate.
