I : I am not aware of any specific warnings concerning this combination. In theory, zoloft, which is a moderate inhibitor of the main elimination pathway for wellbutrin (bupropion) (2b6), could increase wellbutrin (bupropion) concentration in the blood. This may lower a seizure threshold and increase your seizure risk. The final decision requires consideration of a variety of factors such as your age, sex, presence or absence of liver or heart disease, other health factors and is for your physician to make.

Probably, but: There aren't any established adverse interactions, but the anti-craving effect of wellburin seems no different than the known (but less well advertised) anti-craving effects of ssri's like zoloft (sertraline). There is probably a common underlying pathway for both (all) as suggested by the likelihood that craving of food, drugs, sex, risk all have a "self-medicating" basis--i.e., temporary alleviation of mood.
