Sinus infection?: Sounds like you may have a sinus infection with nasal congestion and that may cause eye pain from sinus pressure and ear pain from middle ear effusion from your middle ear meatus being closed from the turbinate swelling. Yous hould see your doctor to see if you need any antibiotics. Most sinus infectins will clear on their own but some will need antiobiotics.

Difficult case?: Your description could be consistent with herpes zoster (shingles) involving the ear (ramsey-hunt syndrome) with referred pain to eye region. Ask your doctor to look for vesicles (blisters) on the ear drum or canal. If present or not, an oral antiviral and/or Neurontin (gabapentin) could be tried to see if the pain improves. Good luck!

Rule out migraine: Although an infectious etiology has been already considered, it seems as if your major symptom is pain. Ear pain is not common with true sinus infection and middle ear disease would be associated with some hearing loss. The duration of headache, ear ache and eye pain for over a month should be evaluated by a neurologist to rule out the possibility of migraine.
