I sneez daily. but have no flu, sometimes very rarely usually after couple of days i feel taste of blood in mouth &there is blood in spit.

Sneezing: You might have an allergy causing your frequent sneezing. Try to think about what you have been exposed to in your environment before the sneezing started. The blood may be related to constant irritation of the nasal lining or could be related to an infection or nasal polyps. If the air is very dry in your home, consider using a humidifier. See an ENT or Allergist for further evaluation.
