I have a vitamin d deficiency... it is right now as low as 5.6... what should i do...?

Go outside: supplements and sunshine are the key. Lots of skin uncovered (no sunscreen) in the sun will help. Not unusual after the winter months. It's more prevalent in dark skinned people, who naturally block the sun's UV Rays.
