See a Urologist: A calcification in the bladder can be benign or incredibly serious, you need you have urinalysis and be checked for hematuria (blood in your urine). If blood in urine is present you likely need a workup including a CT scan and cystoscopy (looking in the bladder) with a possible biopsy of this calcification.
