I recently had an abdominal ct scan. the results indicated: large 1.5 cm calcification in urinary bladder. what does this mean?

Likely a stone: It sounds like you may have cystolithiasis. The bladder may have a pocket or a diverticulum in which the urine sits allowing for formation of a stone. I would highly recommend seeing a urologist to discuss the correct plan of action.
