No,: don't worry about it. BIRADS 2 lesions are benign and require no further work up. Many times the radiologist doesn't even bother mentioning them in the report. The theoretical chance of malignancy of such lesions is less than 2%, but in practice it is substantially less than 1%. Follow up with routine annual mammography is sufficient.
