Get an exam: In order to properly diagnose your problem you will have to have a complete exam at which time a mammogram of your breast may be suggested. I advise you to please go to a medical clinic or private physicians office in your country as soon as possible. The sooner a proper diagnosis is made the better your chances of a recovery are.
