With on and off nagging stomach pain over the course of a few months, what is the best way to diagnose the issue?

GET IT CHECKED: Only way you can find out is by getting it checkjed by your Doctor.You have had nagging pain for few months.We can not tell you what it could be with the information you have given You will have to give a detailed history and will need a thorough Physical Exam.And if needed you will have blood and urine test and may be imaging like Cat Scan etc.And may need a refral to GI Specialist and Endoscopy
