U should do no abdom: No abdominal exercises for 4 months after the csection, then u can , u can exercise everything else, but a big workout person wrote a book about that after she tore up herab muscles cause she started doing abs too soon. You should get a trainer to guide you with that or there are plenty of exercise books.
