CHF: Wheezing is one of the many signs of CHF. In the spectrum of wheezing, asthma and bronchitis are probably more frequent causes of wheezing than CHF.

Cardiac wheeze.: While it could be a symptom of other conditions, wheezing can be consistent with CHF, as the fluid thickens the interstitium and affects air flow through the smaller airways. We call that a cardiac wheeze.
