You need to be balan: if your uterus was removed and the ovaries were left in, you may not need any sort of hormonal therapy. With that being said if your ovaries were removed then attention should be paid to if you need to have hormonalsupplementation examples would be testing to check your bones and cardiac status. Estrogen and progesterone need to be given together.

Enough estrogen: You are already taking a synthetic estrogen to replace the ovaries that have been obviously removed. You don't need anymore estrogen.
