Baclofen & Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl): Hello. No reason to take the two of these together- too sedating. Both work on your muscles so decide which one works best for you and stick to that one.

ItCanBeIfPRESCRIBED: Yes sometimes these are used together and you can take them together if prescribed by your Doctor.These are both muscle relaxants but work differently
Flexeril is used fro acute musculat spasm assocated with painful muscular conditions
Baclofen is used for spasticity due to neurological conditions
Diffeent indications and rarely used together

Possible BUT: Both drugs can promote drowsiness and dizziness, and together may result in difficult function. If used together might need to carefully titrate doses to tolerance. Work closely with your doctor.
