Nicotine & baclofen: Lioresal=injectable baclofen, a muscle relaxant for (among others) spasticity from spine disease & multiple sclerosis (MS). Nicotinell=nicotine patch for smoking cessation. I can find no interaction between the two. Although important under any circumstance, smoking cessation is particularly important for people with MS as there is some evidence that smoking may be a risk factor for progression.

Nicotine/Lioresal: I don't believe there are any bad interactions - the nicotine in the patch is like smoking a pack of cigarettes. I would go ahead and use the two. If you do start to have any side effects - you can easily remove the nicotine patch.
