How about start with: your ideas on the topic, including, of course, that size routinely varies dramatically with situation & the amount of blood within the organ. Since he apparently feels comfortable enough that you are aware, how about carefully building on his trust for ↑ed awareness of many more issues/complexities than what has been promoted to him by others; especially those who prey on his fears & disempower.

Size matters?: If his penis, when in erection, reaches 5.5 ins or more, that is average. The size of the penis in a flaccid state may vary greatly but the most meaningful measurement is when it is in erection. If he does not have erection at all, then he must see an urologist to find out the cause. Otherwise don't ever consider having an enlargement procedure.
