Size matters?: If his penis, when in erection, reaches 5.5 ins or more, that is average. The size of the penis in a flaccid state may vary greatly but the most meaningful measurement is when it is in erection. If he does not have erection at all, then he must see an urologist to find out the cause. Otherwise don't ever consider having an enlargement procedure.
