Hematometria?: We cannot diagnose online (obviously) but it sounds like you might have cervical stenosis (narrowing) from the LEEP/LLETZ, which would make it hard for menstrual flow to come out: hence light bleeding, with pain if blood builds up in uterus, this is called hematometria. You need to be examined in person to confirm if this is correct, good wishes.
