See OB: See your OB. You may be having a weight problem or bowel problem. How far into pregnancy are you? Please see your doctor.

Go to Ob Triage...: "Severe constant abdominal pain" needs to be evaluated by your Ob, especially if it is associated with spotting. It can be a miscarriage, pre-term labor, or other pregnancy complication. Most hospitals have a triage area where you can go for evaluation after 20 weeks for this type of problem and it is open 24/7. That way you don't have to go to the ER. Its better to go than to worry!
