A member asked:

Just found out i have mthfr homozygous 1298. had breast cancer at age 24 and have raynaud's (no ana/thyroid issues detected), could that be related?

No: Get with a responsible holistic-focused practitioner in your community who can help you make sense out of the MTHFR business. A majority of people test "abnormal", most of the pathology community is unconvinced this is useful information, and I'd be more interested in your being screened for tumor family genes. I'm very glad the cancer was detected and wish you the best.
