Back hygiene: Always make sure that you have a good mattress. There are some things in life that you cannot lower your standards about. Having a good mattress is one of them. Make sure that you are drinking 1.5-2 liters per day of pure water. Make sure that you are getting plenty of fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds in your diet. Go for a daily 20-30 minute brisk walk / bicycle ride at least 4-5 days per week.
