23 y.o aa no family history of colon cancer. currently suffering from severe constipation, thinner stools, gas that i can pass but no blood or sicknes?

Get checked: these re non specific symptoms. This may be as simple as needing more fiber and water. I would recommended seeing a physician to consider a colonoscopy. In the mean time add fiber to the diet 20-30 grams per day and drink more water. Also add probiotics in the form of yogurt twice a day. Www.Drlugo.Com
