Depends: .. on the cause of the sore throat. There is not a common relationship between APS and a sore throat. Rather, the solution will depend on the cause of the sore throat. Is it new? Do you have any additional symptoms? Any sick contacts? Are you sleeping well? Snoring? Adequately hydrated?
