To have lemierres syndrome do you have to have a sore throat ? i have been have pain in the left side of my neck and sore throat only on that side.

Symptoms: You may have a sore throat and you may have pain on one side that is common, but Lemmier's syndrome was a syndrome that happened prior to antibiotics. However, if you are having that bad of symptoms I would get checked.
