Try Kelee meditation: I would recommend checking out kelee meditation (www.Thekelee.Org). I have been doing this meditation for 7 years and it was very helpful in quieting the negative brain chatter associated with my own stress, anxiety and depression. I just finished a medical study using kelee meditation for stress, anxiety, and depression in patients with significant improvements. Check it out!

To address stress:: Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation. Counseling ; cognitive.
