To address stress : Or anxiety: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation.

Therapy helps: Therapy helps, if you want it and are willing to work on your problems. If you are feeling depressed, why not talk to someone who is trained to help? Go with an open mind and a willingness to talk about any and all problems that are bothering you. Medications can also help your therapist will help u decide if a trial on medication makes sense.
