Hello had a very red, clotty and crampy 1st period day as normal but my period decreased and ended on the 2nd day. should i worry about pregnancy?

No : Most likely not! This could be normal period. Although occasionally we have very early miscarriage that happens almost the same time as expected day for the period. Watch for any other symptoms in the next few days if you had abnormally heavy bleeding, fever or passing tissues out from vagina see a doctor or go to ER otherwise there is no other action needed.
